At Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver ReStore, we accept returns on most items within 14 days of purchase to ensure your satisfaction while supporting our mission to build affordable housing. All returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a valid sales receipt for a full refund or store credit.

Bring the item and your receipt to the customer service desk at any of our Greater Vancouver ReStore locations during regular business hours.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit for future use.
